Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation must be received in writing by fax.
• Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Late cancellation is subject to:
  10% charge of the Paid deposit 30 to 16 days prior to arrival date.
  45% charge of the Paid deposit 15 to 7 days prior to arrival date.
  70% charge of the Paid deposit 6 to 2 days prior to arrival date.
  100% charge of the Paid deposit for no show.
